Zest bakery is SO awesome! and a 3 minute walk. Pastries, crepes, scones, quiches. All delicious. Please note there isn't any seating inside, but you can grab to go and eat inside the Mill or back at the house or out somewhere. And check their hours. Wednesday - 8:30 to 3:00

Noahs is the best breakfast around! I wrote a song about Stonington, and I reference the blueberry pancakes from Noah's. There are tables inside and outside. A local and tourist favorite. Such great cooking and service. Please note they are closed on MONDAYS.

Carsons is a classic old diner. It's like walking into a time warp in. the best way. There is a counter with a few seats and then a couple of small booths.
