A good restaurant... a little far to walk a very enjoyable one to stroll there, lots of old cool warehouses to see. I recommend the potatoe skins / hummus starter.

One of my favourites! very low key but great food... I'm a big fan of fish and chips (fries) and they do it soooo well :)

Great Donuts and a Greenpoint staple! get there early and expect a queue on a weekend.. enjoy and it's OK to be a little greedy!

Mordern Art at it's best. From the apt this is approx a 2.5mile walk... but it's worth a trip if you like this stuff. Also LIC has nice bars etc and a cool neigbouhood.

Very cool 10 Pin Bowling meets concert hall. Bowling is $25 every half an hour. I'd recommend if you have a few hours to kill...

When it's open go check it out. Lots of food stools from local eateries..... it gets very busy so go early! Great view of NYC especially on a nice sunny day...
