Things to See and Do

Whatever time of year you are visiting, there is so much to see and do, from beautiful beaches and hidden coves to historic castles and stately homes. The list is endless!
Visit the reserve in the spring and summer and enjoy a close-up view of a variety of cliff-side birds, such as puffins, razorbills and guillemots. Visitors Centre, children’s play area and cafe.

Trearddur Bay main beach is a beautiful blue flag sandy beach, which gently slopes to the sea. 200m from Glasfor. Perfect for buckets and spades and there is a safe swimming area. Children will love paddling and splashing about with dinghies and body boards. Plenty of rock pools to explore too. Stand up paddle boarding and kayaking are very popular and surf and body board conditions can be very good too. Beach wardens on duty from late May to early September.
