30 minutes up the hill from Basilwood Farm is Shaver Lake -
one of the most beautiful lakes in California. The little town of Shaver has great little shops and restaurants, and there are several hiking trails in and around the lake for all levels of hikers. The lake is great for boating or just hanging out in one of the Day Use areas. Take your picnic and cool off in the lake.

30 minutes up the hill from Basilwood Farm is Shaver Lake -
one of the most beautiful lakes in California. The little town of Shaver has great little shops and restaurants, and there are several hiking trails in and around the lake for all levels of hikers.
