One of my favorite "secret" spots in Napa to go wine tasting. Call ahead and make a reservation but if you can't, stop in and they'll probably pour you some wine. Small tasting room and great wines.

Chocolates!!! Sure, they're yummy but the chocolate milkshake is the BEST. My children are made of them (really, I had lots of milkshakes while I was pregnant!)
