Very romantic spot in the West Loop has an adorable outdoor patio that makes you feel like you're in Europe, and the indoors is designed to look like someone's living room. They don't make their own wine, but winery seemed the most appropriate name as it's not a bar; you sit at individual tables but it's open until midnight every day, and 2am on weekends.
