Drinks & Nightlife

This is literally 30 seconds away so we spend way too much time there. Great wine bar and good food. Very busy at happy hour but stays busy until late.

Great little bar for an evening drink or brunch on the weekend. Delicious cocktails and 1$ oysters from 5-7, mondays through thursdays. The Cardinal tearoom, upstairs, is perfect for high tea on rainy days.

Located in an industrial part of Mile-ex, this little gem of a bar is inside a garage and on the surrounding street. Closes early-ish (1am). Enjoy the sun with a drink before night time!

We don't often feel like dancing, but if we do, that's the spot. It's a dive bar. It's weird. The age range is 18 to 70. BUT you will see everyone on the dancefloor and hear your favorite guilty pleasures.

This outdoor beer garden at the St-Ambroise brewery is in front of the lachine canal. Rent a bixi in Old Montreal and bike along the canal (on the bike path), then stop at the brewery for beautiful views of the abandoned silos near the water, a cold beer, and snacks.

A Montreal classic! Don't mind the lineup, the barista is the fastest in town. Great coffee, hot or iced, on the terrasse.

Great asian inspired street food, good cocktails, good atmosphere. Ask for a spot on the patio, and drink a beer in the park while you wait... they'll text you when your table is ready.

The best burger in the hood. Our friend DJs brunch on saturday, the place is a bar from thursday to saturday. The place still looks like an old diner but is way cool.

This is were you can get WINE or LIQUOR. The depanneur right on the corner of our street (Jeanne Mance & Villeneuve) has some good microbrewery beers as well. But for anything that isn't beer, you need to go to the SAQ. Check ours, they don't close late!
