If you're in for this sort of thing, here's your local Dunkin', though I personally recommend the coffee across the street at Bill's Restaurant.

Organic selections, open 24 hours. This is where I typically get my spinach, eggs, and cheese to make breakfast at home. Less than 5 minute walk to this store, and the staff is SUPER friendly!

Just like the name suggests, this is THE liquor store that's close by. I have NEVER had a bad experience here, and I typically meet some awesome neighbor and get invited to a party when I go!
