Parks & Nature
One of the best things about living in Ashland! Lithia Park was designed by the same folks that did Golden Gate Park in the Bay Area. It's about 2 miles long and about 1/2 a mile wide. Great for strolling by the creek, or playing frisbee. Great playground for kids, two duck ponds. In the summer there's a swimable reservoir.

Fairly easy hike with great views of the Rogue Valley. Trailhead is only about 4 miles out of town.

Swimming and boating and a waterslide are all features of Emigrant Lake, just outside of town. Beautiful views as well.
