Getting Around
The apartment is 5-10 minutes far from SEIANO train station.
From there you can go easy to POMPEI, SORRENTO, ERCOLANO, NAPLES, VESUVIUS. If you want to go to Amalfi & Positano you have to go to Sorrento train station (9 min far from Seiano) and then get on the BUS from there (but you have also the ferry option from the marina).
In my opinion from Friday to Monday (by car or not) is better to get on the train to go to Sorrento/Amalfi/Positano. From Tuesday to Thursday, you could drive easy.
The choice is up to you!
