Beautiful botanical garden with arid, temperate, and tropical biomes to explore. There is also a feature pyramid that changes several times throughout the year. Worth a visit.

One of my favourite spots in Edmonton. A great park to relax or picnic; an awesome view of the High Level Bridge; stairs to the River Valley; and the best spot to view fireworks on Canada Day.

A beautiful outdoor botanical garden and butterfly house. In the winter, the botanic garden hosts the Luminaria festival of lights.

In my opinion, one of the best malls in Edmonton. Less 15mins by car from the house. Wide variety of stores, generally easy to find parking (can't say the same for West Edmonton Mall).
