Classic Japanese yakitori. Used to be more of a hidden gem, but I think people are slowly getting hip. Have some of the more out there Japanese grilling foods such as beef tongue or chicken liver or heart!

Our favorite organic shabu-shabu spot! They are a little pricier but have the full range of options (beef, seafood, chicken, pork, veggies) but also have lamb. Yum.

This is a very traditional, classic Japanese restaurant. They do not have "Special Rolls". They have sushi, sashimi & other Japanese classics such as teriyaki or tempura.
