This is the heart of Austin. This is Austin before it got trendy. Funky little bungalow with great outdoor seating. The best sandwiches hands down. The mozzarella and grilled zucchini is a DO IT.

Neighborhood gem that never has a wait! Sun-drenched, airy interior (get the corner window seat!) as well as patio seating. They do breakfast, brunch and dinner best. Cream cheese danish! Love TFB!
