Excellent restaurant. Good food, lovely staff and very pleasant surroundings. May be best to book ahead. Take a walk to see the dolphins and then have lunch or coffee in this super place.

A trip through the Black Isle to Cromarty is an excellent day out with a lot to see. Stop off in Avoch to see the Old Fisher Town and Fortrose to see the Cathedral and the Dolphins.

The court is housed in part of the Castle but is moving in 2019. The Castle will then become a tourist attraction. There is a magnificent viewpoint from the top of the Tower.

A must when coming to Inverness. Wear comfortable walking shoes so that you enjoy the walk around the battlefield. Bring your National Trust card if you are a member.

Good spot to see Dolphins - go at a tide change to have the best chance of seeing the Moray Firth Dolphins play at the point. Lovely walk down to the point - beware of golf balls!
