This is probably one of the best beaches in the country and consistently ranks in the top 3. The sand is like fine flour made of quartz and it doesn't get hot and burn your feet. It has a wheelchair track and beach wheelchairs available, various concession stands, bbq grills and volleyball nets. Sunday sunsets are a must see where you can see/join in the "drum circle" which congregates around an hour before sunset.

Guaranteed to see large gators in their natural habitat. Multiple trails with bike and kayak rentals, the air-boat ride and suspension bridge are a great option if you have children with you. If you get there early in the morning you are likely to spot wild board and deer too.
