Drinks & Nightlife

Downtown L.A. (DTLA) has become the trendiest area for nightlife in L.A. Many of the cool nightclubs, restaurants, pubs and breweries are located there. When I go to DTLA, I take a Lyft or Uber to the Wilshire & Western Metro station. From there, the underground train will whisk you right into the heart of it when you exit at 7th St. or Pershing Square. Plus, it only costs $1.75. DTLA also has fabulous museums including the new Broad Museum of Contemporary Art and MOCA. The L.A. Philharmonic with conductor Gustavo Dudamel performs at Walt Disney Hall and live theatre is shown at the Music Center across the street.
