If you need to take the train north or central, this is your best option during sxsw. Traffic will make you want to die driving north on I-35.

Great place if you're a smoker. Mostly outdoors and lots of smokers chill here because they can mingle and smoke. Good beer selection but getting a drink can be a challenge during busy nights.

Great place to grab groceries. Lots of them around town...this one has lots of hispanic foods and drink (aguas frescas and fresh guacamole).
