This is far, hard to get, but when you get there you won't want to get back. Surfers' waves and the cleanest sea water of the city, at one of the last protected areas inside the city.

Beautiful Botanic Garden at Rio. Nice for walking, taking photos, take a rest. Close to several good restaurants (kind of expensive ones, though).
