Great place for lunch or breakfast on the way up of heading back. Yelp users say its dog friendly in the back deck, its not but you can park in the back, in the shade and the dogs are fine.

Excellent service, excellent food, amazing view of the lake. It's on Open Table so you can book and know that you'll get it. Also, very cool bar outside on a lower level, you could spend hours there.

Quick place for burgers and philly cheese steaks on the way to Tahoe if you are coming up I-5. Very friendly staff and spacious interior. A great break from fast food.

This place is amazing. Incredible groceries, wine, baked goods, meats/seafood. Everything you would need for the trip. Plus, a great burger joint. Just off 80. 60 miles to go from here!
