Bree'Osh is owned by French couple, Nelly and Pierre and specializes in sourdough brioches bread and viennoiseries. Pierre applies to the brioche, the french artisanal & traditional baguette process making. We focus our energies on sourcing the highest quality ingredients and treat them with respect and with a great attention to details at every single stage of the process.They use mostly organic ingredients.
