Plus, its right next to the Prospect park and Botanic Garden for a picnic or stroll after art seeing.

Wonderful grocery store, focused on organic, local and fresh produce. They have great selection of greens, fruits and grains by lb. Everything for a healthy meal! Close walk from the apartment

Farmers market spot, that's worth a visit! Great variety from local farms, flowers, some handmade products and just a lovely Brooklyn buzz. Every Saturday 8 am–4 pm

This is my go-to place for a relaxed, inexpensive and delicious meal next to the apartment! Small cozy cafe with Mediterranean / Israeli cuisine. Love it!

I like this coffeeshop partially for the walk to get there. It takes 2 blocks along peaceful tree-lined streets with victorian houses and then you can enjoy your coffee! Good food. Freelancers friendly. Near Newkirk Subway Station that has Q and express B trains
