Because it is a little hole in the wall with excellent Thai cuisine... addedd bonus: sit at the tiny bar and watch the chef as he seamlessly and masterfully preepares the aronmatic and delicious food.

It's on the river and while you eat a simple grilled or fried red snapper (the best) you can observe the working river, catch a manatee swimming or a tug boat pulling a huge ship. Great views... keep your choices on the grilled or fried ( yes, I know, but its a vacation, no ? ) and away from heavy sauces and you will love it.

Their jazz groups are great, the relaxed, interesting, unassuming and young vibe is like nothing else in Miami. If you are not into Bling you are into Laignappe. Oh! and again, an open patio to enjoy the starry nights.

Its a spectacular space with great food, great music- it's a lounge,a gallery, a tapas restaurant and an events place. It has a fantastic patio ( by now you can see my preferred spaces have open areas- we are in the tropics after all ) ......
