Just 2 blocks from the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Atlantic Avenue, this quaint restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They have a lively bar (daily happy hour), and offer outdoor seating. Their menu is a blend of Mediterranean and Italian, offering a variety of dishes including slow-cooked Rigatoni Bolognese and buttery Yellowtail Snapper fillet. They also have a variety of tapas, delicious salads and soups, sandwiches, and lovely entrees.

The Coffee District is a hip place to hang out with a relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for meeting up with friends or catching up on work as they offer free wifi! They serve delicious coffee of course, homemade pastries, sandwiches and salads, and they even have an impressive selection of beers!
