Pazari i Ri is a neighbourhood in Tirana, the name of which stems from the groceries marketplace, which is situated in the area. The plaza itself is very beautiful, full of colorful buildings representing Albanian art. There are plenty cafes and restaurants, where you could find from local foods and beer to some of the best fish places in town. Music festivals take place during weekends over the summer.

This steel structure is not only a work of art, but it serves as both cultural space that open social space. Its transparent appearance makes fleeting just as a cloud and hence its name. Being located in the area of the Park, is a great place to relax, have a snack and take great pictures.
