The La Quinta Brewery is great for people watching. It's dog friendly, as most of the old town restaurants have patios. and you can order food from any of the restaurants and bring it in to eat there.
Sun morning from 8-12:30 they have a certified Farmers Market, and the first Sat of each month they have Art on Main St.
