A fine market town in north west Connemara... Stop at Walshes coffee shop during the day or Kings in the evening. If it is a sunny afternoon then you must sit outside Kings and have a pint and watch the world go by.

Famous for a great golf course and a fine surfing beach right in the middle of town. You can hire boards and wetsuits by the hour at the beach.
