This beach is very close to us. Perfect for a nice walk, run or just hang loose. Lori Scott offer beach yoga on Sunday at 8am. across from Hollis ave. Classes $10 p/p drop in, no need to sign up. ( June - September) we have beach mat in common area you can use. I might see you there.

You can do parts of it or the whole thing, as slow or fast as you like. It starts in Boston Common and ends at the USS Constitution.
