This is one of our favorite sushi spots in town! They have happy hour 3-6pm, Mon. Sat and a reverse happy hour 10:30 pm-12 am Saturday, and an all day happy hour Sunday.
Our favorite rolls are the Thriller, Super Asparagus, Philly, and the Itch Salmon Nigiri is out of this world!

Without question the best Indian food you will find in town. The Garlic Naan is heaven, and the Lamb Buhna is the perfect balance of savory and spice.

Old Market is the main attraction of Downtown Omaha. It's full of old reclaimed redbrick buildings that have become shops and restaurants, some of which are our favorite in town. Blue Sushi, The Oven--Himalaya (Indian), Stokes (American Southwest), Nicola's Italian are our favorite eats!

The Dundee District is smacked into one of the oldest neighborhoods in town. Big, gorgeous old houses, one of which belongs to Warren Buffet, with lovely restaurants and an ice cream shop with a brownie Sunday to die for... it's worth the eight minute drive from Pierce Place!

Dundee-Happy Hollow Historic District
The Dundee District is smacked into one of the oldest neighborhoods in town. Big, gorgeous old houses, one of which belongs to Warren Buffet, with lovely restaurants and an ice cream shop with a brownie Sunday to die for... it's worth the eight minute drive from Pierce Place!
This is the best place to/from Lyft/Uber to and bar crawl for a beer arcade (Beercade), a beer garden (Bärchen Beer Garden) or a dive (Barley Street Tavern). Benson is also littered with fantastic restaurants (Au Courant, Ika Ramen) and breweries (*Infusion Brewery, Benson Brewery).

Blackstone is just a 'stone's throw' away from Pierce Place. It's the newest district in Omaha to be revitalized. We heart Mula (Mexican), Nite Owl (bar and restaurant) and Cone Flower Creamery.

The Joslyn is full of the art you expect to see in a much bigger city. Monet, Chihuly, Renoir and all of them *free for visitors to view. The children's interactive art space is an awesome family afternoon activity. The only thing for charge are the traveling exhibits which are always worth seeing.

The children's interactive art space is an awesome family afternoon activity. The only thing for charge are the traveling exhibits which are always worth seeing.
The family home of the Joslyn family, the same who started the Joslyn Museum is a gorgeous place to tour or walk around the grounds.

Memorial Park is a memorial for those who have served in the armed forces. It's a beautiful place for a picnic and looks over the University of Nebraska at Omaha campus. The rose garden is my personal favorite spot.

The Durham is the former Omaha, Union Station. It is now a historic landmark and museum. It is incredible to be able to walk beneath the high ceilings and walk inside an old Union Pacific rail car. The traveling exhibits are world class, and this old building is full of charm.

The Lauritzen Gardens make up 100 acres of beautiful landscape with all types of planting. The greenhouses are enormous and remarkable, and the stretch of grounds to walk will inspire your own garden.
You can also see Kenefick Park by walking up the hill to look over the Missouri with two Union Pacific locomotives.
