In the heart of the distillery district. This restaurant is not only gorgeous, but has tremendous food. A bit pricey but so so good! Sit on the patio if you can, and the weather allows

I would tie this into a visit to the St. Lawrence market as they are very close.

Gorgeous newly restored historic hotel. Awesome spot for a fancy cocktail, best enjoyed on their rooftop. It offers a great view of the city!
