The park rarely has crowds and the views are amazing! It does have an admission fee but it’s well worth the cost.

Beautiful location for various types of hikes. In the summer, be sure to bring water and sunscreen. In the winter, you may want to bring crampons in case of ice and snow.

There’s a hot springs pool in town along with hot springs caves that are relaxing after a long day site seeing or skiing. Reserve a private hot tub or bath online ahead of time.

This park is free to visitors and has some of the coolest rock formations you’ll ever see. Try to pick a weekday to come visit, as crowds can get heavy on weekends.

One of our favorite places to visit in Colorado, as it has such a diverse layout of geographic features. It is a longer drive, and we would suggest pairing it with Garden of the Gods or going to the hot springs pool nearby.
