Food scene
This place has wonderful food and a great vibe! There can be a bit of a wait, but they have an outdoor fire pit you can enjoy while waiting. The coffeehouse side is great for kids with games to keep them occupied! Service can be a little slow as well but don’t think I have had a bad meal yet!

Wildlife viewing
Great place to see all our indigenous animals and some transplants! It is fun because it is like walking through the woods on gravel paths they often have fun events for families!

This is a great place for several reasons: it it so close and you can see lots of migratory birds nesting and raising there young. You will often see moose here as well as a great view of the inlet!

Hikes
I like this hike for a few reasons, it is super close, always well visited so going alone feels safer, and you can get a great workout with a view! You can Also just drive up and walk the loop to see the view without doing the hike!
