GREAT trail for walking, running, or biking. Pretty flat, straight, safe (separated from traffic except for the crosses). Places to stop and eat/drink along the way.
I love taking the trail all the way to Travelers Rest and either having breakfast/lunch at Tandem, and/or a beer at Swamp Rabbit brewery.
