You can also walk around and enjoy the Llamas. There was a food truck on the day we visited and the lady at the winery said they were usually there on the weekend.

There are several different places to sit and enjoy a glass of wine, in rocking chairs, in comfortable chairs, or at picnic tables. You can also walk around and enjoy the Llamas. There was a food truck on the day we visited and the lady at the winery said they were usually there on the weekend.

Hemlock Golf Club is a scenic par-70 golf course situated along the winding Dan River in Stokes County, N.C., and has been operated by the Robertson Family since 1969. Hemlock is very affordable yet challenging for golfers of all ages and skill levels.

Buffalo Creek’s on-site Farm Store is open daily, except Christmas Day, Monday - Saturday 9 - 6 and Sunday 1 - 6. In the Farm Store, located on the top floor, is where their farmstead goat's milk cheese and farmstead meats are sold along with pastured eggs, goat’s milk soap and other local North Carolina products. This is also the place where you can view a video tour of cheese production in the creamery, the farm, the farm’s products, and livestock (dairy goats, sheep, cattle, and livestock guardians - - - llamas and donkeys). All of the farm’s livestock can be viewed from the Farm Store’s porch too.

Nothing beats an evening outing to BB&T Ballpark for a great summer activity. Parking and access are relatively easy, even with construction and closings on Business 40 (remedied by next season!). The stadium is new, clean, and tickets are quite reasonable. The food, while typical ballpark fare, is mediocre at best. But it is all about sharing time with family and friends, watching the sun go down and the stadium lights come on, and chowing down on hotdogs and beer. Oh yes, and there is always the ballgame to watch!

Another plus is the food court on the second level. Parking is easy and allows ready access to the mall.
