There is a great bar and restaurant in the hotel which is at the entrance to the Monastic Village and Lakes. Perfect for a spot of lunch after a walk around the stunning lakes.

Sightseeing
This cave is where St Kevin is believed to have slept. Its very difficult to get to and people who attempt to get to it at times need to be rescued.

There is a really interesting little church in this village which has stained glass windows by the famous stained glass artist Harry Clarke. Other really interesting artefacts also on display. The church looks like a masonic lodge from the outside - but of course is not!

The historic Wicklow Gaol (Jail) is well worth a visit and I think you can even trace your family history there. No need for your ancestors to have spent time in the gaol!!
