Sightseeing

If you want to have an overall idea of the Irish contribution to the world (sports, science, inventors, politicians, etc) this is a great place to go. The museum is very interactive and you can spend up to 2 hours there. It's outside the city centre caos, which is great for families looking a peaceful activity.

Food scene

Great for a bite or a drink before going to Bord Gais Energy Theatre. You can have a two or three-course meal under €20, which is a great deal for the neighbourhood.

At first, one wouldn't give much to this pizza place inside a Centra. After trying all the restaurants around, Caramico is 100% my go-to choice to eat around The Point area. Stone-baked pizza and many deals to bring back to your apartment nearby.
