My favorite taqueria in San Francisco..this place is an institution...and is always crowded for lunch and dinner...try the carnitas tacos...simply awesome!

My second favorite taqueria...great stop to grab a burrito after the bars close down...try the carne asada burrito with avocado...very tasty!

Japanese style Curry Restaurant right next door (to the right). Small space, but decent dishes if you have a Japanese food fix.

This restaurant is so so Ramen, but very close by...they were a traditional Asian restaurant that reinvented itself as a hipster hangout. I would explore better Ramen places in other parts of the city.
