This is by far the best sushi (maybe in Vancouver). It's impossible to get in to sit, but you can do take out...or you can stand in line and wait. It's worth it!
Best breakfast brunch place! Cuban - great atmosphere! Outdoor seating with heaters when the weather is iffy. Make SURE to have their Caesar's! They are the BOMB!

Yummy - white table cloth more fancy French / Moroccan cuisine. I LOVE the mussels here (all of them YUMMY). Great service, small - quaint, reservations recommended.

Our fav go-to sushi bar. Simple and cheap...must have the "Spicy Tuna Sashimi" (the best EVER!). They have great rolls, I also love the Hornby & the Spider Roll.

Take a walk around Trout Lake, take a picnic if it's summer. Great place to spend time in the outdoors.
Head to Deep Cove, hike Quarry Rock (about 1 hour in tota) it's called the "Baden Power Trail" built by the cub scouts in the early 70's. Pack a lunch and sit over the ocean view. Then head into deep cover and go to Honey's Doughnuts and have their famous honey's dounghut. It's to-die-for!

This is the best theater in town. This UN-hollywood movie theater plays the best of the non-maintstream movies. The theater licensed, you can have dinner and drinks before or after and the best part is there are no children allowed. This theater is the best in town.
