If you come to San Pedro they say you have to eat at Elvi's Kitchen, the place for seafood. Jenny the Chef is known has one of Belize's best. Find them on Pescador Drive in San Pedro Town.

Belizean style of cooking on a firehearth. I like their Salbutes and Tostadas and of course the National Dish of Belize Rice and Beans served with Stew Chicken and Potato Salad. Dinners are aslo great here. In town by the airstrip. Olive and Luis the owners are great hosts.
