Our favorite Outdoor Harbor Restaurant featuring Seafood and a Raw Bar. They are about 25 minutes drive, past the town of Dennis. Long lines in the summer. Note: they only take CASH, but they have an ATM. Check online to see if they are open, the usually close for the season by mid-to-late September. Fun to watch the fishing boats passing by as you feast!

Great Sushi and Sashimi and very good service. Only open for dinner. Very popular and busy. I think that they are closed on Sundays and Mondays--check online.

All sorts of chais and lattés and coffees, as well as a very good selection of sandwiches and pastries in an old house next to the Barnstable Market. About a one-mile walk from the house, then another quarter mile to the Harbor, where two seasonal restaurants are located (a Fish Market that has outdoor seating and Mattakesee Harborside Restaurant which both close in September). Beyond the Harbor at the end if the road is Millway Beach--a 15 walk from the coffee shop.

Good Food and Drink overlooking the Harbor. Just a 25 minute walk from the house. (They close by late September--call ahead to make sure that they're still open as they don't tend to update this on their website!) Walk past the restaurant to the end of the road to get to the local beach.
