Contemporary art museum opened its door few years ago. If you are into Banksy, Warhol etc this is the place to visit. Location next to Van Gogh and Stedjelijk museums on Museum Plein.

Did you know how Amsterdam was build up? Museum is located in the centre of Amsterdam in a building which used to be an orphanage. Recommend for kids as well as there is a special part to see how the kids were living in the orphanage. Did you know that back in the days the water in Amsterdam was not drinkable and people also kids were drinking beer to flush their bite.

Extended living room of Amsterdamers. Go for run, walk, bike ride, picnic or sun bathing. There are also a few nice cafes/ restaurants; Vondelpark 3, ‘t blauwe theehuis, de vondeltuin (next to a huge sandbox for kids). For kids there is a nice big playground with a shallow pool when temperature rises located in the middle of the park. There is also a cafe with a fairly large playground called Groot melkhuis.
