The restaurant is one of the founders of the "farm to table" concept - direct relationships with local farmers, ranchers, and dairies. The restaurant is split into two levels; downstairs is the more formal 'prix fixe' meal and upstairs is the more casual cafe style...a must for a special occasion or the the exploring gourmand $$$$. There is also a cafe upstairs that is a little less expensive and more casual, still lovely selection of local ingredient inspired cuisine $$$.
