The food is pretty good (specifically the pork fries!), but it's the pie that I can't stay away from. We've literally even done u-turns when we've realized a few seconds too late that we need some pie in our life.

Not nearly as big as the coffee shop across the street (Colectivo), but Stone Creek always gets my vote. Love their interesting takes on iced coffee.

Come for the sausage, stay for the drinks. Honestly, this place has great sausages (even vegan options!), but it's the drinks that keep bringing me back. I love their sangria and the 1000% Guapo (get it while it's still on the menu!).

Happy Hour from 5-7PM. That's really all you need to know. $5 house cocktails can't be beat. Go for a blackberry bramble (if you like sweet) or a brandy old fashioned (yummmm). Maybe even hit up the taco truck that is permanently parked in their lot (Taco Moto).

Okay, so it's not quite a "park" but it is on the lake and is our go-to pit stop when we take weekend bike rides. Comfortable beer garden with pretty good eats.

On a perfect day you might just think you were in California. A sandy beach, volleyball courts, a few tiki bars, and fresh water. Maybe check the water quality before entering, but reading a book in the sand isn't so bad either!
