Breweries

Dog friendly and great beer! Indoor and outdoor seating and a small, local vibe. They don’t have an in house kitchen but rotate some great food trucks in for eats.

Food scene

Italian and worth the wait. No reservations and plan on having to wait to get a table but they are good at what they do. Small, with great staff, they turn out excellent quality food every time. I recommend the Pancetta Brandy Chicken, mmmmm.

Best pizza in town. Order to go or eat at their casual dining room where you order at the counter and seat yourself. No frills restaurant with really good pizza and you can fill a growler while you are there. We like The Big Kahuna, I mean who doesn’t?

241-acre park with picturesque waterfalls and miles of trails, including some off leash areas. It makes for a beautiful walk and is not a difficult hike at all. The park borders Bayview Cemetery which is stunningly beautiful in all seasons, but especially in the fall.

Known for its colorful 19th-century architecture and history. Many red brick buildings of Fairhaven’s Victorian-era survive in the federally designated historic district. Most of these are now home to a variety of unique local businesses, art galleries, restaurants and pubs and one of the best independent bookstores in the nation, Village Books. Some of our favorite shops are Fairhaven Runners, Paper Dreams and Drizzle Tasting Room.
