Good place to eat and visit
2 restaurants that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local kitchen located in the Apple Barn that has items for sell as well as made from scratch apple pies, fried apple pies, and apple dumplings, yummy! There is an ice cream shop, Christmas shop, winery, and gift shop.
If you plan to eat at the farmhouse, waits can be long. Reservation or call ahead seating are recommended. There are plenty of shops to wander through while you wait. This is less than a mile from our condo.

The Potter House is a wonderful place to eat. There are place to shop and of course buy pottery that is made locally. The area is centered around the Mill that was used in Pigeon Forge. Visitors are welcome to wander around the Mill and enjoy the quaint area. The restaurants are popular so expect waits, but if you use their website you can put your name on the list before arriving (even though they do not have call ahead seating).

Our national park is over 900 acres of pure beauty. There are car sight seeing areas and plenty of places to hike and fish. We are one of the most visited parks in the United States and have one of the largest diversities of plants in the world. Our park is free to enter and enjoy
This 11 mile loop is one of the communities that the Park Service preserved when the Smoky Mountain National Park was created. This is one of the best places to observe wildlife and maybe spot a bear. In the summer and fall traffic can be heavy. Early morning and dusk are the best times to see wildlife.
