This is a cute little neighborhood with a variety of quaint housing styles. It is walking distance to the local metro, coffee shops, buses, and the like. San Pablo Park is also close by just across Shattuck which has a couple kids areas and a pseudo “dog park”. It is also walking distance to both Berkeley Bowl and Berkeley Bowl West, two local grocery store favorites.
