If you’re here for a few days and love wine you have to check out Temecula (wine country). There are hundreds of wineries within a couple miles of each other so it’s easy to make a day out of wine hopping. Fazeli’s is large with plenty of seating. You can get tastings, by glass or whole bottles and sit outside with a view. Great food and restaurant onsite.

Amazing views. Great workout spot on the stairs heading down the blacks beach (warning: nude beach). You can paraglide off the cliff over the beach.

If you have the time, this is a fun day trip. It will be a long day but we’ve done it a couple times. Take a ferry over early morning and return evening. Many water and land activities here. Fun to drive around in a golf cart and sight see.
