The best view on Neva river and the Arrow of Vasilevsky island. For lunch/dinner is a little expensive, but I recommend to stay for tea/coffee + dessert.

Arch of the General staff is part of the Hermitage. (Requires separate ticket). Most tourists go to the main building of the Hermitage, and did not attend this. However, in this case the exhibition space is very interesting . The building was renovated in 2015. Here show more contemporary art.

Most tourists do not go there. There you will meet only locals. On weekdays to 16 hours there are few people, very quiet and peaceful. Closer to the evening there are more people, but start playing street musicians.
