Cafe Topes is a small cafe run by a wonderful local family. They use many local high quality ingredients and are located right in the Carlsbad Village. This restaurant is counter service with indoor or outdoor seating. Try one of their creative daily specials. Honorable mentions are their cinnamon rolls, anything with Cardiff Crack (a local made and house smoked burgundy infused tri tip) and their multiple eggs benedict recipes. Dont let the line out the door intimidate you.
