Ideal place for running and walking...beautiful ocean view. Located south of downtown Tampa, its sidewalk, claimed to be the longest continuous sidewalk in the world at 4.5 miles long, is 10 feet wide and is widely used for recreation and exercise.

Only a few blocks away from the condo, it's a must see area. Tons of bars and restaurants. There is always events and parades during the weekend. Day time and night has totally different feel especially during the weekend. Tampa's version of Mardi Gras.
