If you catch the right day, you can hear the owner telling his kids in french to make more bread. It may not be the Champs-Élysées but the croissants are so good, it may make you double check.

There is something just so wonderful about a neighborhood brewery. Declaration has a big yard with ping-pong and corn-hole, and food-trucks most nights. The beer is REALLY good too. All this together means that I cant spend enough time there, and trust me, I try.
